About Me
I am a first-year PhD student at University of Illinois, Chicago (UIC), advised by Dr. Boris Glavic. My work focuses on making data transformations in large data lakes scalable and automatic. I am broadly interested in data discovery, data cleaning and integration, and fairness in data systems.
Before my PhD, I spent 7 years in industry working on data engineering.
I received my BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Lahore, advised by Dr. Irfan Ullah Chaudhary, and an MS in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), where I worked with Dr. Ihsan Ayyub Qazi.
